Elizabeth A. Strunk is a member of the Maritime Practice Group with Liskow & Lewis in Houston, Texas, where she practices litigation nation-wide on cases involving vessel collisions and allisions, cargo damage, personal injury, charter party disputes, maritime contracts, and emergency and incident response.  Prior to joining Liskow, Elizabeth practiced maritime litigation in Seattle for two years.

Elizabeth is a cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, 2020, where she served as Editor in Chief of the University of Baltimore Law Review and was a student attorney with the Legal Data and Design Clinic. While in law school, she interned for the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis and the Honorable A. David Copperthite at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Prior to private practice, Elizabeth served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas R. M. Nazarian on the Appellate Court of Maryland.

She is an advisory member of the Houston Maritime Arbitrators Association’s board  and an at-large board member of the Marine Insurance Association of Seattle. She is also a member of the Women’s International Shipping and Trading Association (WISTA), the Houston Mariners’ Club, the Maritime Law Association, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, and the Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
