SOCP Program Administration Services

The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) seeks an independent contractor to provide the services of Program Administrator in accordance with the attached Exhibit A: Performance Work Statement - SOCP Program Administration for calendar year 2024, with four option years. SOCP intends to execute the attached Exhibit C: SOCP Agreement – Program Administration with the successful offeror in December 2023. DOWNLOAD RFP

SASH Prevention and Response CBT Production: AROCEMBARC2023-04 Extended Deadline - CLOSED

 

The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) seeks an Independent Production Company (IPC) to work with SOCP’s Achieving a Respectful Onboard Culture (AROC) Project Team to create an interactive computer-based training course (CBT) on Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH) Prevention and Response for the Maritime Industry. The CBT is to be developed using the content from an existing CBT (source code is not available) with comments received from subject matter expert reviews and additional scenarios provided by the SOCP. SASH Contact Training Course: AROCEMBARC2023-05 - CLOSED

 

The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) seeks an Independent Contractor (IC) with SASH subject matter expertise in Sexual Assault Sexual Harassment (SASH) advocate training to work with SOCP’s Achieving a Respectful Onboard Culture (AROC) Project Team to create a training course for SASH Contact in the Maritime Industry.  The training is to be developed to meet the requirements for attaining provisional certification from the National Advocate Credentialing Program (NACP).  The training should use existing modules that are relevant to the requirements and include additional modules to address the specific requirements of the Maritime Industry. SASH Prevention and Response BPG, CBTSS & Toolkit Subject Matter Expert: CLOSED

 

The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) seeks an Independent Contractor (IC) with SASH subject matter expertise to work with SOCP’s Achieving a Respectful Onboard Culture (AROC) Project Team to develop a Best Practices Guide (BPG), Computer Based Training Scenarios and Scripts (CBTSS), and Toolkit Items for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH) Prevention and Response for the Maritime Industry. Using the existing (2017) BPG, CBTSS, and Toolkit Items (posters, quick reference guides, Facilitator’s Guide, Student Workbook, and victim support/assistance list) as a base, these updated, and newly developed products should incorporate comments or amendments from previous review(s) and additional information provided by SOCP’s AROC Team. The IC will update the design, images, and graphics as necessary to communicate simply and clearly the objective for these items and for future CBT development.  DOWNLOAD RFP

SASH Prevention and Response Subject Matter Expert: CLOSED

The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) seeks an Independent Contractor (IC) with SASH subject matter expertise to work with SOCP’s Achieving a Respectful Onboard Culture (AROC) Project Team to develop a Best Practices Guide (BPG) for Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH) Prevention and Response for the Maritime Industry. Using the existing (2017) BPG as a base, the guide should incorporate comments or amendments from previous review(s) and additional information provided by SOCP’s AROC Team.
