Peter serves as Vice President of Safety, Quality & Environment for Crowley Shipping, where he leads enterprise-wide safety, quality, environmental, and compliance programs across a diverse maritime portfolio.

Peter brings more than 25 years of experience across the maritime, military, law enforcement, and transportation sectors, including leadership roles with Crowley, Horizon Lines, and Royal Caribbean, as well as service in the Royal Australian Navy and New South Wales Police Service.

Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for safety culture, operational excellence, Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), and industry collaboration.
