24 May 2023 - SOCP has extended the deadline to submit proposals for AROCEMBARC2023-04, SASH CBT production. SOCP requests interested entities submit their technical and cost proposals electronically by 5:00 p.m. ET, June 14, 2023, to the SOCP Program Administrator at programadmin@socp.us.
12 April 2023 - The Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP) seeks an Independent Production Company (IPC) to work with SOCP’s Achieving a Respectful Onboard Culture (AROC) Project Team to create an interactive computer-based training course (CBT) on Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment (SASH) Prevention and Response for the Maritime Industry. The CBT is to be developed using the content from an existing CBT (source code is not available) with comments received from subject matter expert reviews and additional scenarios provided by the SOCP. See Exhibit A Statement of Work for more detailed information and context.
The CBT created by the IPC under this Agreement must comply with Annex 1.
