Personal Survival Techniques represent training requirements for both the 1995 Amendments to the STCW convention as well as the Code of Federal Regulations.  Since the breadth of materials to be covered is quite large, this material is presented in a two-part video.  Part two covers lifeboats, fast rescue boats, and helicopter rescue.
